The landline number being transfered is not mine

Hi
I have just recieved notification of the transfer date of my landline to plusnet but the landline number quoted is not mine and I have been trying to get through to CS team on phone for over 20 minutes.
I did entered the correct number at time of order and do not recognise the number being transfered.
Help?! Worried I will get some one else's landline number and not mine!
