The quickest way to resolve this is to call them tomorrow - lines closed at 8PM tonight, and Help Team staff clocked off at the same time.

@Thalling if you told BT you are leaving they will have put a cease on your lines, meaning no other supplier can place an order until the cease completes - presumably Friday.
If you had said nothing to them, and asked PN to start yur service on Friday it most likley would have happened then. As it stands, you will likley be without broadband for a week or so.

If I understand correctly then BT will ask for their equipment back. However it doesn't need to be the day after service stops - you could have a few days grace.
I mention this because you can use BT routers on PlusNet. There is a guide on the Routers Board on how to set them up. This would solve any short term absence of a PN router.
