Trying to order a new sim but agents from live chat can't find it

Hi guys

Trying to order a sim with unlimited texts and calls with 32gb of data for £10 a month but the people on live chat can't seem to find it, they can only find the same deal but for £12 a month instead.

I have screenshot it twice but no idea how to upload it on live chat.
