URGENT line activation

Hi,

My broadband is due to be activated today, but so far only my phone line was transferred through whereas my broadband is still yet to be activated, with no updates from Plusnet at all which is disappointing.

Can someone have a look into this for me please?

@Definilogy Most activations are 'simultaneous' i.e. on the same day for phone and BB, but it can take up to midnight of the activation day for all the component parts of your internet connection to 'mesh'.

Have you actually been advised that your internet is due to be activated today?

Fix

HI AJ,

I eventually gave the CS line a call and the issue was the order was stuck at the activation stage, requiring a manual activation.

It is working now but it does seem to be a fairly common issue, the stage where the order was stuck at was:

 

Activating your line {strCustActivationDate}

 

Hope this helps others in the similar situation.
