My current Unlimited Fibre contract is coming to an end so I called on 19th June and was persuaded to take an Unlimited Fibre Extra contract for two years. I received an e-mail telling me that "This will change over on 20th June 2022 and your new cost per month will be £27.50."
I've since been billed for £32.47 and there appears to be no change in my speeds (based on www.broadbandspeedtest.org.uk). I power cycled my router once yesterday but to no avail. When I log in to the PlusNet Member CentreI get a warning banner on almost every page saying "An error has occurred. You can't change your products for the moment, you already have a product change in progress."
So I wonder, has something gone wrong here or does it take time for the changeover to happen? If the later it would be useful to have an indication of typical timescales.
Fixed! Go to the fix.

Well it turns out the answer is five days. I've just received the change complete e-mail and speeds have gone up appropriately.
Problem resolved.
