sorry I missed your call but it rang off as I was about to answer, if you could try calling back now I will sit next to my phone ready to answer.

I have a couple of options for other providers but they have the same problem of not being able to complete before the 19th due to a change showing on the Openreach system.

As it stands I would rather switch provider since I have more confidence in them but if you want to call and try to convince me otherwise please do.

As discussed I'm happy you're willing to give us another chance. 

I'll follow back up with you on Tuesday to make sure all is okay

After the 3rd of November I will have a limited presence here as I have moved to a new role
