Hi, Thankyou for despatching my router but there is still a big red cross on the checking line. You have also issued me a new phone number (which is fine). I wondered why the delay as its been like this for a week with no word. Is there anything I can do or is there any update on whats going to happen? The old broadband we had at this house is now gone and it feels like the 1980s here now. Many Thanks.
Fixed! Go to the fix.

Sorry to bang on about this. My email says its a transfer of a phone number that isnt / wasnt my number. Thats quite concerning.

This can be ignored now everything is working. I think the moral of the story here is to ignore all the texts about delays and the red crosses on the order tracker.
I did get through to customer support and the lovely operator said that everything is fine and dont worry about these things. I believe it was a merge on the broadband and voice lines and everything will be up and running as planned. I was sceptical but she was right, in fact it all came on earlier than expected.
So anyone else getting weird delay messages, check with customer services if you can get through, it could be just false messaging.
