Voucher for joining?

My broadband has been live for something like 3 weeks. Im sure I should get a voucher for joining but Ive not heard anything. Can anyone help? thanks Deb

Have you received an email about the cashback at all? Also, it seems like it was done through an affliate. Have you checked your emails from them as well?
