Web page displayed error during upgrade

Would a Plus net official be able to answer a private query please? I upgraded to Full Fibre and on the last page (of the upgrade process) it said error occurred. I have had an email about a new/pre contract through. Just hope the BT engineer is booked.

Use the PN Tickets link below to inspect the detail of the ordering process on your account.  You should log into the member centre in another tab BEFORE clicking the link.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
