What happens to my order?

Hello,

 

I have the Openreach fiber in the property.

I've ordered full fiber broadband at 1st April. 

Now I see two different state of the order. 

Mobile version show me that a problem was found, but desktop version doesn't show any problems. (see attach)

The URL is the same.

No any order changes for two week.

I'm ready to use my own router, but I don't have service activation.

How much longer do I have to wait for something to happen?

Why I must to waste time with you?

 

If you can't activate the broadband service, then say so, I'll find another broadband provider.

I'm sorry to hear that you've had no updates on your order.

It looks like we've raised this to our suppliers so they can investigate the records for your address.

As soon as we know more we'll be in touch

After the 3rd of November I will have a limited presence here as I have moved to a new role

Two more weeks have passed.
I have changes in my order: Your wireless broadband router order has been cancelled

What does it mean?

I sent a claim three weeks ago.
Your employee called me and said that needed a visit from an engineer. Appointed May 16 for a visit. No one came or called yesterday.

The employee promised to keep it under control, but in this company, no one cares about customers.

Terrible service!
I should have read this forum before posting the order. I would never contact you!

I have a great news!

Openreach guys visited me just now. And first that they asked me "Where is the Plusnet router?"😂

HA-HA-HA-HA!😂

I forward this question to Plusnet: Where is my router?

Plusnet couldn't send me router during a month and a half. Moreover, I see "Your wireless broadband router order has been canceled" status in my order.

 

Why did the Openreach guys come? Just look at the green led! They didn't do anything else.

!'ve waited more than three week for that. 

 

I wanted to laugh about it with Chelsea, but she's not working today.
