What's happening with my order??

I recently placed an order to install broadband services for my auntie and uncle, including retaining there current telephone ( Order was placed on the 29th November). Since placing the order I had no communication regarding progress with the exception of an email yesterday morning regarding a ticket being raised ref 229829038 advising of a notification of change to the order by your suppliers.
I have tried to contact you to establish what the change is but cannot seem to reach anyone on the number provided. On further investigation I have found that another ticker was raised and is still open ref 229157685 that seems to advise that the order is not only delayed but the number provided can not be retained. I received no notification of either of these issues and would like to discuss the problem but as stated I cannot seem to reach a person on the number you have provided.
could you please advise?

The best thing to do is ring up. Try 0800 013 2362 - usually quieter than the 432 0200 number.

Thank you for the advice - I have tried the number you provided and get the same result i.e. a long waiting time with no end in sight
