When will I receive my sign up voucher

When does the sign up voucher get sent to me? Is it automatic or do I need to do anything?

Hi there!

I can see you claimed your reward card on the 24th August so you should've received it in the post by now.

If you haven't got it yet, could you give the reward card team a call on 0344 879 1069? They'll be able to resend it for you.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
