Router hasn’t arrived

I ordered plusnet 3 weeks ago with the activation date yesterday. All went live yesterday but the router hasn’t arrived and not in the post today.
Not sure why Plusnet use the Royal Mail when there is a strike on, but probably cheapest.
I have my old bt hub still. Is there anyway to use it to connect to the internet?

@claudian62 - the router left the warehouse on 11/10, so under normal circumstances would have been with you by now. If it's not with you soon then might be worth checking with the local sorting office.

@claudian62 There is no tracking number - Hubs are sent by regular First Class mail. Just give them your name and address.
