When will my service be activated?

Hello, We were told that our broadband would be up and running by midnight yesterday and it still has not been activated. We haven't had any communications to say that it is delayed. Can someone help?

@sthompson044 Welcome to the forums. What colour is the light on your Hub?

OK - so is the 'username on this screen of your Hub yours, or 'setup'?

Re: When will my service be activated?

If the light is blue, then there is sync and PPP session which suggests that the service is live.  Why do you think it is not?

Check you router lights

Your router lights can tell you a great deal about what is happening when things are not as they should be. The colour of the lights and their state will tell you all you need to know ... if only you could find the help sheet which came with the router. That information can also be found in the depths of the on-line help & support guides. The following links make the material easier to find.
