Where is my router?

Hi I ordered Friday and haven’t had a notification the the router has been dispatched as I got told it would either be Saturday or today, I’m due to go live on Thursday and this is urgent as my partner works from home 2 days a week. Is there anyway of finding an update on where it is for me?

@Amyleigh1995 The chances are it would be despatched today, in which case the notification (including tracking details) will be sent tomorrow.

That is uncharacteristically quick and I suggest optimistic ... but one never knows!

This must be a line restart rather than a working line take over which takes a minimum of 10 working days.

If there are no issues with the stopped line (is the voice service working) or the local FTTC cabinet, then indeed 5 days might be possible.

If this is FTTP to an existing ONT, this will be an interesting one to watch!  We have seen a few cases where BTOR have insisted on installing a new ONT when there is already a serviceable ONT in the premises.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
