another missing router...

My Full fibre installation is due tomorrow morning, and the Hub 2 still hasn't arrived. I have paid the delivery charge.

I understand that my current Hub 1 can be used as a stopgap, but that's really unsatisfactory as I want to be able to set up VOIP service (which the Hub 1 is struggling with).

Can anyone check and if necessary expedite the Hub 2 delivery?

Update: got through on the phone - the Hub 2 order seems to have gone AWOL in the system and has now hopefully been kicked back into life.

Moral for anyone else reading this: don't make the same mistake as me and trust that the router will magically appear just in time (as I mistakenly inferred from messages on this forum). If you haven't got it a week ahead of the install, chase.
