Service was switched without issue on monday but it's end of wednesday and my fixed ip has not been transferred to the new line.
my add-ons says it's still the same ip as before but i'm being assigned a new one even after rebooting a number of times.
before I brave a phone call with a call centre am I overlooking any steps on my end that might be causing an issue?

A couple of questions that might help:
- Are you definitely connected with your username?
- Has your connection dropped and reconnected since it first connected?
The reason for asking 1 is that the IP address is tied to your username so if you aren't using your username then that could the issue.
The reason for number 2 is that your IP address will only change when a new PPP session is established (regardless of static or dynamic). If for some reason you where assigned the wrong IP address when first connecting, then dropping your connection (or rebooting the router, which would cause that to happen as well), may give you your IP address back.
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
