Hello do i need an engineers visit if i'm swiitching from another full fibre supplier ie hey broadband where i was getting 900 down and up ?..regards...anis from horsham

@anis67 Yes. Hey broadband is an altnet supplier i.e they do not use the Openreach fibre network.
Plusnet use the Openreach fibre network and so if its available, a new Fibre cable and ONT will need to be installed.
Also bear in mind that Openreach fibre 900 is 900Mb down and 110Mb up.
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
