no reward card!

I was supposed to receive an email to activate a reward card for joining plusnet. My service has been active now for about 2 months and still no email for a MasterCard reward!

Mine said the same for £110 gift card, not had any emails at all though

I’m sorry to hear that you haven’t received your reward card yet. I’ve emailed the operations team to investigate the issue. Once I have an update, I’ll get in touch with you through a ticket on your account.

Emails can take up to 30 days to be sent after your account becomes active.
