"Your broadband order has been delayed."

Hi

 

I made an order for broadband on a rental property yesterday, and this morning have received a text stating the above. 

 

From what I can tell, this is potentially normal, as I have seen that it has happened to others on here. However, I am just posting to set my mind at rest that nothing is going too wrong.

Hi @LemW28 

It looks like there was a slight hiccup with our systems when we tried to place your order.

Those issues have been resolved now and we've been able to replace them for you 

So far all looks good to go on the 15th

 

After the 3rd of November I will have a limited presence here as I have moved to a new role
