setup engineer booking confirmation

Hi,

 

I got an engineer booking confirmation with a blank date... "An engineer is due to activate your Home Phone service on , ."

Am I to assume this has been booked for my requested date, or that no booking has been made?

A warm welcome to the forums.  Missing dates on emails is not helpful.  Inspecting your ticket history (see the PN Tickets link below) might provide the missing information.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Thank you.  I managed to get through on the phone line eventually and it has been sorted.  The ticket history link is useful to know about though, thanks!

FWIW I have again escalated the issue of the date being omitted from the email.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
