signed up by mistake

Hello, hope someone can help. Unfortunately I need to cancel my order, I signed up today (Sunday 20th August)  after applying to EE and being turned down. EE have agreed our broadband and have contacted my current supplier to switch our service. I have had a text from plusnet to say the order is delayed and I assume this is because they are unable to switch the service. Not sure if anyone has any advice. Do you know if Plusnet have an email address or chat without having to phone?

Your best bet is to ring the Customer Options Team on 0800 013 2632 in the morning. This number is normally answered quite quickly.
