your order is delayed call us

if this is how you treat new customers after you take their money maybe i should cancel and get a refund

@ladyrebecca111 Your multiple posts do not help you or Plusnet staff. There have been a lot of delays to orders recently because Openreach (who do all the provisioning work) have been taking strike action on a number of days which has obviously caused problems which are completely out of Plusnet's control.

Thanks for the message ladyrebecca111, we needed to place your orders manually so I've just taken care of that now. As we have to allow 14 days for a line to move from one provider to another that will take place on 22/9/22 and you should receive the router through the post a day or two before that.
