Access control not working

Plusnet Hub Two, latest firmware (0.08.00.08297-PN)

I go to Access Controls - Schedule, add a device, click Save, set the start time, click Save, set the end time, click Save, get the 'Changes saved' message every time. Go and do something else, come back to the Access Controls page and the entry I just created is gone...

A similar thing happens trying to create a group - can create a new group, add a device or devices to the group, save the group OK. When I come back to the Groups page, the new group is still there, but with no devices.

Any idea what I'm doing wrong here, does this feature actually work at all?

Re: Access control not working

@tf12  Welcome to the forum

This issue has been seen before here Access control device list is empty

The fix was to perform a factory reset using the a paper clip and pin hole at the rear of the Hub

Re: Access control not working

Thanks for the suggestion, reset with a bent paper clip - but hasn't worked, still got the same symptoms ie individual device schedules vanish, groups are created but devices assigned to them disappear.

On the plus side all the stale entries in my device list have gone...

Re: Access control not working

So I created individual device schedules and group schedules and in both cases no devices disappear, but I was caught out with having to click on this Screenshot 2022-12-15 145257.png in groups to list all the devices in the group.

Other than that everything worked as I expected it to.

Re: Access control not working

Finally worked out what was going on here... I wanted different schedules for different days of the week (eg week days and weekends), set up groups up for those up, not realising a device can only be in one group at a time. Is there any way to automate this, rather than either swapping devices between groups, or keeping them in one group and updating the schedules twice a week?

Re: Access control not working

Also it seems to now have forgotten the members of the groups, they're all empty...  added a device back in to a group and I can see an entry in the event log, but no entries for the devices being removed from the groups.  I can also see me rationalising the groups as per my previous post, and adding the devices into them - but they're all empty now. Have I got a duff router?
