Amazon Echo Show 8

Just moved and activated this week. Everything's fine. Echo Show 8 has found the WiFi but doesn't have voice activation. (The orange band). It's the Plusnet Hub 2.
Is this same same 2.5/5Hz situation as with the Hub 1, please?

@Peterlapin I doubt it is the '2.4gHz' issue.

What orange band? Are you referring the Amazon device or the hub?

What 2.4/5GHz situation?

Agreed, @Baldrick1 . Not an easy question to answer, but if I have a problem with a specific piece of electronic equipment, I find a quick online search saves me asking questions - hence my reply.

The orange band on an Echo Show device indicates no internet connection.

@Peterlapin have you tried updating the WiFi settings as detailed here?
