Throughout the house my broadband can be very weak on my phone and I have to disconnect and then reconnect for it to load the webpage/video. Sometimes constantly having to do this every minute.

Hi @Dannsy10. I’m so sorry for how long it’s taken to get back to you! We’re quite busy right now, so it’s taking longer than we’d usually like to get back to customers.
I'm sorry to see that you've been having problems with your connection. Is this solely affecting your wireless connections or are wired connections affected too? Are other devices affected or is it just your phone?
