Bt smarthub 6 spontaneous reset

Hi all,

Weird thing happened last night; mid way through a teams call I lost the internet. I turned the router off and on to no avail. There were no reported issues with Plusnet so I checked the settings on my br hub and found that they had reverted to the bt username and password.

I was wondering why this might have happened, any ideas, please?

Thanks, that would seem to explain it then!

Is there a site that would tell me what the latest firmware version should be, please?
