Realised I could get a 5Ghz router after 8 years on Plusnet so asked to have the Plusnet Hub One. Was using the Openreach box and TG582n all this time. The connection was always stable, never any issues. So I'm sure it's not an issues with my line but with the router
Received and connected all good on the 28th, was getting very good speeds.
All I have done is seperate the 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz bands in the router settings. Most devices connect to 2.4Ghz, only Laptop connects to 5Ghz.
I believe that issues happen when my Laptop is connected.
Please have a look below and help diagnose problem. Thanks
Earlier today (4th Oct) I checked this log and there were recent "watchdog reset" occurances but dated 8th Nov, these seem to have vanished.

Watchdog error 0x3 can indicate that the hub is on the blink. Hopefully a Plusnet staffer will pick this up soon.

Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience that this may have caused in the meantime. To update on this issue. I've had the new router for about 5 days and it's running perfect, no reboots -
21:50:59, 06 Oct. | ( 27.620000) System up, firmware version: 4.7.5.1.83.8.263 |
21:50:46, 06 Oct. | ( 14.180000) System start |
00:00:29, 08 Nov. | ( 30.050000) System up, firmware version: 4.7.5.1.83.8.263 |
00:00:14, 08 Nov. |
( 14.520000) System start |
So definitely a hardware issue for whoever has this watchdog reset issue
