Has anyone tried using the new EE Smart Hub SH31B on a plusnet fttc connection? The model is F5394-CP EE and product name EE Smart Hub 3.1 FTTC (CP) I can't find how to change the username and password, I am using a BT smart hub at the moment and that was easy as long as you didn't connect the dsl cable first but I don't seem to be able to do this one. It has the BThome username at present. Any help would be much appreciated many thanks

@smithcomputers I think the EE hub is similar to the BT Smart Hub 3 in which case there's no option to change the username

@smithcomputers many of the functions on that router ae controlled with the EE App, and you need an EE ID which you won't have. Also the Smart WiFi extenders are specific to that router.
BT have done a number on it so it cannot be used elsewhere!
