PPP LCP Send Termination Request [User request]
PPP is Point to Point Protocol
LCP is Link Control Protocol and it's decided something is wrong with the connection and closed it.
Unfortunately you do have a line issue, you can do a GEA test but it is unlikely going to find the cause, most likely noise on the line, a pop or crackle would be enough.

Agreed @Dan_the_Van , but Andy has been having this issue for weeks, and AFAICS, no-one has done much other than try and paper over the cracks.

Yep, you're dropping the PPP connection on a fairly regular basis - too regular, to be honest. I'm also a little suspicious of your D/L SNR margin of 3dB - I know you line and signal attenuations are very low, but I wonder if that figure really ought to be 6dB?

You still have good speeds, and one or two drops a day may not be enough to be classified as a fault or get investigated.
You could ask PN for an updated Radius Graph to get a better view of your lines performance since last time.

@Mustrum I agree @andyt1970 still has good speeds, but should a line really drop this often, bearing in mind it has been doing it in the test socket - eliminating all home wiring? I don't think so, somehow.

@jab1 I typed my reply after the pics were posted and before the logs, so only saw a drop on one day and two the other. That said it is not clear how many drop the OP is seeing, hence an updated Radius Log is needed. It is also not clear if an open fault is still open, I suspect not as the PN reps are no longer responding to this thread.

OK, @Mustrum , I'm not arguing with you, but if I saw that many PPP drops in that time on my line, I would be playing merry hell - as I had to a couple of years back when I was on ADSL and my line would not stay stable for more than a day. The OPs issue probably won't be the one an SFI finally located and fixed for me, but I had to fight to get PN to acknowledge there was a major fault outside my control.
There's plenty of drops on those two log files - and they shouldn't be happening - IMHO. A Radius log would be revealing, I agree.

Thanks guys for the continued replies / help. More than Plusnet are doing
So, because I have so many dropouts / disconnects all the time, especially during the working week (our team were made remote workers 6 weeks before COVID-19 arrived and we were sent home permanently), I find myself working late on a Sunday night instead of relaxing with my family doing my yearly Impact (personal review). That should say trying as I had 3 disconnects using the works laptop on wi-fi here in the kitchen trying to do that.
This is unacceptable. I'd pay the early exit fee with Plusnet, and jump ship to someone else, but if it's a BT Openreach / exchange problem what's the point? This sucks big time and I do feel I am being brushed under the carpet. God, it's past midnight now and I'm still working, something I should have been able to fit in during a normal working week but can't as I get disconnected then logged out my work, then have to wait 15 minutes before I can log on again.
