Firmware update time - can it be changed?

Hi all. Is it possible to change the time firmware updates are done? The current 2am time interrupts other things in my house and I'd prefer to set it as a daytime update if possible. Thanks

Thanks Dan, it must be something else that's shutting it down then!

Re: Firmware update time - can it be changed?

When you say shutting it down, are you talking about the Hub having overnight disconnects or Hub restarts?

If it's the Hub hopefully the event log will tell the story,.

From the home page navigate Advanced Settings >Technical log >Event log. If you click on export it creates a file.

Attach it to a post and I'll take a look to see if it's something obvious

Re: Firmware update time - can it be changed?

Overnight there was this event

01:36:10, 12 Jul. DSL Link Down: duration was 497450 seconds

DSL link is between your Hub and the Green cabinet. It could just be a result of the DLM (Dynamic Line Management) re-sync of your connection as these usually occur overnight, these are automatically performed by the DLM system and are not always predictable.

Your current line sync is

01:36:48, 12 Jul. DSL Link Up: Down Rate=76056kbps, Up Rate=18756kbps; SNR Margin Down=3.4dB, Up=5.9dB

The previous DSL Link down messages were

07:24:50, 06 Jul. DSL Link Down: duration was 1160 seconds
07:04:24, 06 Jul. DSL Link Down: duration was 20933 seconds
01:15:00, 06 Jul. DSL Link Down: duration was 367606 seconds

Currently not a major issue, however if they start more often it would be worth further investigation.
