HG612/TG582 Upgrade ?

I still have an ancient HG612/TG582 combination that was supplied by plusnet many years ago.  Plusnet now supply different, presumably better kit , is it  possible to get upgraded ? (can't find anyway of contacting plusnet, the old ticket system seems to have gone ?)

@TheZoids if you recontract, they will send you the latest PlusNet Hub 2 ( similar to the BT Smart Hub 2 ) for a cost of £6.99 p&p

Best thing to do is ring Customer Options 0800 013 2632 and see what deal they can do...

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
