Hi all,
Hoping someone can advise me; I have just been given a Smarter Coffee Machine, which doesn't seem to want to connect to my wifi / iphone XR. The device troubleshooting guide says it only connects to a 2.4 ghz signal
I'm not sure which my Plusnet router (their bog standard one given during installation) is... but have followed advice spotted in another post -
1) In your browser go to 192.168.1.254.
2) Hit Advanced Settings and enter your Hub admin password when prompted
3) Continue to Advanced Settings.
BUT STRUGGLE FROM HERE:
4) Tap on Wireless - Don't have one called Wireless, just Wi-Fi, so click on that...
5) Choose 5GHz tab - There isn't any tab with this, so get stuck here.
6) Change 'Sync with 2.4Ghz' to No.
7) Change the name of the 'Wireless SSID'
Save the changes.
Image attached of what I can see in my W-Fi Advanced Setting Tab.
Any advice would be gratefully received!

@Susanna Welcome to the forum.
This attachment looks to me to be a screen grab from a Plusnet Hub Zero (2704n) router as supplied with standard ADSL broadband. This is single 2.4 GHz band only. The instructions you have read is for a Hub One.

Thanks for your message @Susanna.
@Baldrick1 is spot on - From the provided screenshot it does appear that you have the 2.4Ghz only Plusnet Hub Zero.
We unfortunately can't directly support your device and would advise that you refer to the manufacturer, although other forum users may well have some knowledge they can share and so you're 100% right in dropping us a post.
