Hub 2 router, full fibre 900mbps and powerline adapter but uner 100mbps

I have recently upgraded to 900mbpa full fibre and purchased tplink WPA8631P kit.

I've plugged one directly into the wall and connect ethernet to the hub 2.

The other upstairs and wired my ps5 to it, I'm only getting speeds of 50mbps on the 5g wifi and also wired ps5 connected to the other powerline adapter.

What am I doing wrong as this should surely get much better speeds?

It's also saying the router isn't one mesh compatible, is this the case with the hub 2?

@samk2310

 The Hub 2 is not mesh compatible.

Regarding Powerline performance, see here.  https://community.plus.net/t5/Tech-Help-Software-Hardware-etc/Powerline-Unit-Performance/m-p/1607450...

Running  a CAT5e cable upstairs is the best way to get full performance.

@samk2310

To expand on The Hub 2 is not mesh compatible.

One Mesh is a proprietary mesh system by TP-Link so you need a TP-Link router which supports One Mesh.

Edit:- are you using cat5e (8 wires/4 pairs) or above cables both ends for the powerline network connections?
