Hi all,
I did try and put the plusnet router into bridge mode but the BT wholehome did not work. Is there something I am missing. Could I not just turn off the wifi within the setting instead of bridge model, is that an option ?
thanks

BT Whole Home devices are not routers so you shouldn't be using bridge mode. The primary unit should be cabled to one of the first three LAN ports on the Plusnet hub. The secondary Whole Home devices should then be paired to the first by following the associated user guide. It is then recommended that you disable the Wi-Fi on the Plusnet hub by accessing the Hub Manager, navigating to Advanced Settings > Wireless, toggling the Wi-Fi off and saving.
