Hello, I've switched to Plusnet along with a shiny new Hub Two and I've been connected today without a hitch with one exception - my Ring doorbell is not connecting.
The previous router was an EE Smarthub which connecting to the Ring with no issue, however this one, despite connecting to every 'smart' device will not connect to the doorbell (it detects its presence but doesn't want to connect).
I have disabled 5ghz and made sure the channel is set on 11 however still no joy - any other things I can try?

Have you tried resetting and reconfiguring the Ring doorbell from scratch?
