Re: Hub swap

@Markwallwork0 I wouldn't bother over the w/e, but hopefully @Marsh , or one of the Community Team will be able to sort out getting the Hub on the management platform next week.

Re: Hub swap

@Markwallwork0

It might be worth trying a factory reset on the hub by pushing a paperclip or similar in the reset hole. Keep the switch closed until you get a green light.
It might trigger an update. The worse that can happen is that you will have to re-enter your Plusnet credentials.

Re: Hub swap

If it isn't on the management platform, as suggested above, @Baldrick1 , I would doubt that would achieve anything.

Re: Hub swap

@jab1

I agree, but unless you have inside knowledge, I guess that you are only assuming that it's been dropped from the management platform? It struck me that if it was already configured from when it was last used then the swap could be confusing the platform. This test would prove the point one way or the other.

Re: Hub swap

Bit late, but the OP did say he had to enter the username and password to get the 'spare' to connect, so that would suggest it is not on the management platform.

Re: Hub swap

Thank you for your recent message.

In order to utilize the hub2 with the DSL connection you will require a DSL cable to be hooked up to the router and socket. In addition we will need the serial number of the router so we can add this onto the account and subsequently authenticate the connection.
