Hi
I'm having a problem with the wifi on our router. Most devices work without any problems. However, we have three devices that just won't connect.
I believe the router is using the latest firmware (which fixed the 5GHz issue) 4.7.5.1.83.8.289.1.3, and the 2.4GHz and 5GHz channels are split, but the devices won't connect to either channel
The logs in the router show repeated 'Client associated' then very quickly 'Client disassociated'.
The devices work with other APs without issues - so it seems to be a weird problem with the Hub One. At least 2 of the devices used to connect ok until recently.
I'm out of ideas, so any help would be appreciated.

Let us know how you get on and we can always take a look at replacing it if the issue persists.
