@Clint_1701-A

I've re-added your router's serial number into the hardware component on your account.

If the firmware hasn't updated yet, it should now do within the next 48 hours.

You may need to factory reset the router by pushing a paperclip into the reset pin hole at the back for 20 seconds.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.

Hi,

Great thank you, I will keep an eye on it. Nothing yet, but will take another look tomorrow and do what you suggested.

Again, unecessary. The router was upgraded on it's own accord back on the 5th.

There is also the risk of breaking communication with the management platform by doing this without a subsequent factory reset (although that doesn't seem to have happened in this case).

Re: Need to update Hub One Router

@bobpullen

Thanks for the heads up. I was always under the impression that a factory reset is needed to force the router to pull down the latest firmware if it’s stuck on an older version for one reason or another.

And this I did not know. Cheers again for the advice. Smiley

Re: Need to update Hub One Router

Hi,

It doesn't look like it's updated to the latest one yet, it still shows the following:

Re: Need to update Hub One Router

@Clint_1701-A - that *is* the latest firmware.

Edit: Doh! Didn't see the earlier replies.
