New broadband cable

I had a full fibre connection at my old house and have just moved to a new address that is fibre to the cabinet. I was told that I could just plug it in and it would work but I do not have a broadband cable as it was previously connected via the red WAN port. Where can I request or buy a broadband cable for the Hub 2?

@gsnell98

When you received the Hub2 for your Full Fibre connection it should have come with two cables. One ethernet for the FTTP connection and one phone cable for FTTC connections.

If you still have the box, it should be there.

If not, you need a phone cable.

@gsnell98

If you now need to use the DSL port on the Hub you should be a be able to buy a cable from Argus or currys if they have them in stock locally, search for ADSL cable

Depending on the Master Socket you may need a ADSL filter

@gsnell98

These cables come by various names. Correctly the plugs are RJ11.

For example: https://www.screwfix.com/p/philex-black-unshielded-rj11-76702hs-ethernet-cable-3m/38511
