New router

I recently renewed my broadband contract for another 2 years. At the time I declined the new router but would like to change my mind and request a new hub 2 please. Happy to pay the £6.95 postage cost.

It looks like things have got stuck so I've cancelled it and reordered it for you.

All being well it'll be dispatched today or tomorrow 

After the 3rd of November I will have a limited presence here as I have moved to a new role

Another new router arrived today! It looks like the original order didn't get cancelled after all. Can I return this additional router by printing a return label via the website?

@SteveWoods42 Yes you can - just make sure you use the 'duplicate item' description as the reason for return.
