New router

I'm coming up to my renewal date and was wondering if anyone knows if they send you a new router I think it's the hub 2? this will be my 2nd or 3rd renewal TIA

If you're on a Fibre package, then yes - you'll be able to get a Hub Two sent for the cost of P&P. You will need to contact our Customer Options Team by telephone though as the online journeys only offer the newer hub in upgrade scenarios at the moment.

I've tried to call today to discuss this but never got through 2 and half hours I left phone in a que is this the only way to contact. Its hard to find a couple of hours for maybe a 10 - 15 min chat

@nshaw43  Which number did you call, the general support number has long delays, for re-contracting you need to call the customer options team on 0800 013 2632 which should be answered a lot quicker.
