Seems to be a fair few threads on this but afraid I am none the wiser. .. the £6.99 postage fee was magic'd away from my account back in December - I think the upgrade went through last month officially but seems impossible to work out when the new router should arrive. order tracker tells me it has been 'dispatched' for quite a while now but not received and no updates on the account? Any advice or update much appreciated.
