No longer able to connect to Plusnet Hub2 via WiFi

Hi, haven't called customer services yet as I've been trying to sort this at work but ...

Came home two days ago, and couldn't connect to my router via WiFi. I've had the router for well over a year, and had no issues at all previously. Tried three different devices (PC and two iPhones) all of which were previously able to connect without issue. The wired connections from TV and another piece of kit direct to the RJ45 Ethernet sockets on the hub still work fine.

The hub is broadcasting the SSID, but whatever device I try to join fails. On the iPhone I get a "wrong password message" on the lap top I get "can't connect".

I can log into the router via a wired connection on 192.168.1.254, and if I set the encryption to no encryption, I can then connect to the router over WiFi, and I can change settings on the router over WiFi. However, as soon as I select WPA2, I can no longer connect over WiFi.

Done a factory reset, both physically on the hub, and via the admin GUI. Tried changing modes, the password, nothing works.

It's not a legacy issue, because everything was working until two days ago, and the hub says it's been running the latest firmware since June 2023.

Any ideas? If I knew how to re-flash the firmware I would, but hopefully customer services can do that remotely.

Temporarily remove password from router, and see if the devices then connect. If so, problem is with p/word which
you can reset on router.
