Not everything can see my network drive!?!?

Hi,

I have a network drive connected to my hub 1. Can see the drive and contents on my Mac, iPhone, iPad and Apple TV (through VLC) but says nothing connected on my tv or ps4? Cant see any sharing settings I can change on the tv or ps4, have been on the hub manager and there is nothing obvious. Any ideas?

Thanks,

Olly

Does your TV support SMB network shares, or is it likely to be DLNA only?

Hub 1 usb port does not offer DLNA.

Same issue for PS4 I think after a quick google.

I assumed by network drive you mean an Ethernet connected NAS. If you mean that you are using the USB Porto the hub then be aware that this only supports the obsolete SMB1 standard.
