Hi All
Is there a reason the event log doesn't show the year of the event?
The only year I can see is on the firmware version.
Cheers

For what it's worth the Hub One is also the same, no year.
My Hub Two event log goes back two Novembers, some entries are not retained.
It could be argued for a real time log file something that happened over 12 months ago would have little relevance today.
Edit: the TP-Link devices I use logs do include the year.

Does a TP-Link device have anything to do with a Plusnet hub two?
Is the event log cleared at some point?
My event log begins in October, goes to June, then back to October, and continues from June again. June this year is when I was switched on.
The bootup date and time reverts to Sept 30 then Oct 1 before obtaining the correct date and time. I still think the year would be useful.

Just an example of devices which do year stamp event log entries.
Is the event log cleared at some point?
Some categories are limited, I'll leave you to find out which are, here's an example
21:20:01, 23 Jun. LAN [ADD] ARP 192.168.10.186 with a8:bb:50:58:81:ca from br0(eth1)
