Plusnet 2 Router won’t connect to Hive Hub

I am having the same problem. Green light flashes on my hive hub but won’t change to Amber. It’s not pairing. Help!!!

Hi, my problem was down to faulty ethernet ports on the router. Check these are working with another device, then if not plusnet should hopefully replace router. Solved the hive hub issue. Good luck.
