Plusnet Hub One Bandwidth Settings

I've recently bought some Sonoff smart wifi switches so that I can control appliances via voice command using the Amazon Echo Dot.

I've managed to link my Amazon Echo to my eWelink App account, but I can't connect my eWelink App to the my fibre wifi on account that it does not support 5Ghz bandwith .

Does anyone know how I can change my Hub One bandwidth settings from 5Ghz to 2.4Ghz so that I'm able to pair the eWelink App to my router.

If you go into Advanced Settings > Wireless on your router you can split the 5GHz and 2.4GHz bands - that should achieve what you want.

So that you know which service you are connected to, it is advisable to add "5" to the 5Ghz band.
