I've got that all connected up but I'm getting the same error message on that as I get for the printer which is internet not available. So at this point I realized that I do have a problem and that I have to sort it so I did a printout of my printer status and found that I could press two buttons together and get a more detailed print out.
I spoke this afternoon on the phone to Plusnet and they say they can see my router and everything that's attached to it and there is no problem with it and it has neither a printer nor a camera connected.
However on the diagnostic result for my printer I've got a pass for wireless on and a pass for wireless working. Also a pass for connectivity plus a pass for network name found. Under the heading of Internet it says not connected. Warning web services require the printer to have a connection to a network with internet connectivity.
It has also in big letters a section saying Attention more than one access point/ wireless router has been found that matches your wireless network name SSID. if this is not intended your HP printer may connect to the wrong wireless network . I told Plusnet that and she said that didn't mean that actually matched my unique name but it just meant that there were other people in the area who had Plusnet broadband. however the printer also prints off the number of networks discovered and then it gives the name SSID and details about them and my unique name is there twice with different details.
The lady also suggested that I reset the Wi-Fi button on my printer which I have done and now I don't have a printer at all as it is an HP and is pulsing a purple light which means that it is trying to make a wireless connection and it is just stuck on that

@Carofel for anyone here on the forum that might be able to help with your setup, you might want to give us a clue as to the exact model of your printer and camera, and which Plusnet hub you have ?.

@Carofel Welcome to the Community Forums.
Try splitting the bands on the Hub 1, see https://community.plus.net/t5/My-Router/2-4ghz-and-or-5ghz-best-practice/m-p/1351966#M840 your devices probably don't like synchronised bands.

@Carofel you're only changing the 5ghz Wifi network name, so only devices connected to that will lose connection. Make sure you're not making the changes with a device connected to the 5ghz channel, better still make the change with a device wired to the router.
