@RealAleMadrid I agree with your suggestion re the 2.4GHz channel. Even though the OPs signal strength on there is 100%, the other one is also high, so maybe a switch to ch11 is a good idea.

As  to the no signal issue for @Mark8147  - I'll come back to that later, got things to do elsewhere.

As an experiment go into the hub Advanced Wireless settings and turn off the 5GHz band and see if that helps.

I ran into the neighbours this morning and our problems did in fact develop when they started using Plusnet. I changed the 2.4ghz channel from 6 to 11 and it seems to have worked, all devices upstairs are working at full speed.
